Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions shall apply to all bookings with Nala & Co and shall be exercised in conjuction with the Dog Care Contract, the Veterinary Release Form and the Pet Information Form.

• Nala & Co requires an introductory visit by Clients and their dog(s) to assess the suitability of your pet(s) for one of our dog-care services (and also to ensure that your pet(s) will be happy with us)​

• Nala & Co shall require a full Pet Information Form to be completed for each dog, including your contact details, their breed details, vet details, likes, dislikes, routines, meals, medications, pre-existing conditions, treats, etc.

• ​Nala & Co will need to see an up-to-date vaccination record for your dog(s), from your vet.​

​

• Nala & Co will need to see evidence that your pet has been identi-chipped.​

​

• Nala & Co requires that that your dog is regularly wormed and receives flea and tick treatments.​

​

• Clients must provide their dog’s own bed or sleeping mat whilst visiting Nala & Co.​

​

• Clients must provide their dog’s own food, food bowl, treats and any medications, whilst visiting Nala & Co. Nala & Co shall provide a general water bowl with a continuous supply of fresh water.

• Clients must ensure their dog’s collar is fitted well and that their lead is effective & suitable for purpose. A Nala & Co identity disk will be added to your dog’s collar whilst in the care of Nala & Co.​

• Nala & Co is unable to accommodate bitches in season.​

​

• Nala & Co is unable to accept puppies under 6 months old.​

​

• Nala & Co is unable to accept dog breeds that are listed on the Government’s Banned Dogs List. https://www.gov.uk/control-dog-public/banned-dogs​

• In order to protect all the dogs in our care at any time, Nala & Co is unable to accept dogs that are unwell and/or injured.​

​

• The client is responsible for keeping Nala & Co informed on any changes to their dog’s health or wellbeing, including any changes or additions to any medication.​

​

• Following acceptance of any client and before any bookings can be undertaken, Nala & Co shall require a Dog Care Contract, Veterinary Release Form and Pet Information Form to be completed and signed.
